The councils of Brighton and Hough in the United Kingdom said they have launched a hotline service to help parents and guardians who are worried about the safety and mental health of their children during the new coronavirus blockade.
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the UK closed schools last month. Except for the children of key workers and disadvantaged students, most students are starting to study at home. The hotline allows parents and guardians who are concerned about the matter to talk to primary mental health workers through school welfare services and arrange telephone consultations.
