		Introduction
		Dr. Samra Maqbool is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Smart Learning Institute, Faculty of Education, Beijing Normal University, China, where she conducts advanced research and teaches in the areas of smart learning environments and the integration of educational technologies. She holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Education from Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, China. Additionally, Dr. Maqbool completed her postdoctoral research at the School of Education, Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, specializing in the integration of artificial intelligence into educational leadership, management practices, and psychological theories, all within the framework of technological transformation. She actively contributes to the academic community, serving as an editor, reviewer, and guest editor for prestigious journals, as well as a book editor.
