Cyberlearning product is the basic carrier of Internet education teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching environment. Research on cyberlearning product can better evaluate the development of Internet education. However, the research doesn't investigate how to evaluate the promotion of cyberlearning product to education reform and the overall development of current cyberlearning product. Therefore, Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University formed groups for studying or discussing questions, established Internet education development index system, put forward product contribution and cyberlearning product development index and comprehensively evaluated cyberlearning product from multiple dimensions, which reflects the present development situation of the entire Internet education and promotes the mutualism development of information technology and education.
