Due to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, schools around the world have been successively shut down and turned to online educational platforms. In such online educational practice, how to assure interactive and motivated learning has been prioritized in the global educational field. Therefore, some educational researchers have put forward the idea of utilizing Open Educational Practice (OEP) and Open Educational Resources (OER) to tackle the difficulties in online education.
